Kara is incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and is phenomenal at explaining all that you need to know when buying a house-- whether those things are technical or general in nature-- having someone around with this amount of knowledge is so helpful especially to first time home buyers like myself. Kara has great instincts on what matters the most when home buying. Kara is responsive and easy to reach 24/7 and never makes me feel like I need to rush through my questions- she is patient and thorough to the "t".
