Larry did our home inspection in queens and is absolutely phenomenal! This isn’t our first home, so we know how inspections go. Larry’s walkthrough was so detailed to a T. He has so much knowledge and is easy to talk to and ask questions. He didn’t cut us short and allowed us to digest everything and ask all the questions we needed. He made so many great recommendations as well. We can tell during our discussions that he takes his responsibilities seriously and is very thorough in his inspections. When I tell you Larry is THE BEST! He was able to schedule an inspection for my home within 24 hours, and came and went through EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING with me and my mom and realtor as we went through the inspection. He wrote a detailed report with so many detailed pictures in less than 48 hours and prepared us well for any work we will have to put into the house. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his price is more than fair for his work. I would recommend ANYONE to use this service for your inspection. You won't regret it!

Words can't describe how fantastic my experience with Larry was. Every review is real and factual when it discusses how professional and thorough he is during the inspection process. He answers every question before you even get a chance to ask it. And his detailed report ultimately helped my daughter and I save money on our home with items that needed to be fixed, repaired, or updated - which allowed us to renegotiate with the seller on the price of the home, and his report provides links to resources we can use to find things like a new roof, new water heater, landscaper, etc. Anything you need.
