After five long years and lots of doctors, specialists, hospital stays, pain and personal struggles, Chris and his team resolved my difficult case. I had to write The Office of Chief Disciplinary Commission because of an incident between my lawyer and the other side's lawyer my attorney Alex ledbetter said that that attorney asked him my race or ethnicity qf which has nothing to do with my case. My case has been dragging on for 4 or 5 years, it's been so long I can't remember. I've only had two updates on the case. Alex said the exact same thing twice. Take the $10,000 in a tone that I did not like. When you said my case was worth $200,000. I would like my case to be settled any day now. I'm very unhappy and I wouldn't suggest the Finney law firm to anyone

I've already written one review. And I still haven't heard back from anyone. You responded but it really wasn't anything It was very vague.. My attorney said that the opposing attorney asked me my race. And race doesn't have anything to do with this case it is personal injury case. So what part race has to play I don't know. I already contacted the disciplinary committee and I haven't heard anything from them so I guess I have to reach out to them again. I haven't heard from my lawyer Alex ledbetter I asked for a update in January and still haven't received anything. Alex ledbetter said my case was worth $200,000. But in the last to updates in 2024 he almost demanded that I take 10,000 and drop the case. So I want to know does Alex Ledbetter still have my case what is my case doing how is my case coming along do you still have my case.. I've sent text messages for you to update me and haven't heard a word.

I certainly didn't retain this law firm because my life was happy and all roses. With that aside, I have nothing but the highest praise for each member of the firm. Whenever I had a question--and I had many--they were very responsive. In some cases, they answered questions before I even asked and also before the question even came to mind. The paralegal was answering my emails on the weekend! Chris and Ryan were superb in keeping us updated on the status. Because they're not a huge corporate law firm, they were sensitive to our concerns. They didn't sugarcoat anything but respectfully covered those mandatory topics which would be potentially painful to us. It was less than six months from initially retaining the firm until we had the settlement in our hands. Superb company.
