The clerks are always friendly. However, the center has dealbreakers.

For instance, its open to the public for only two hours a day, during normal wok hours. Therefore, if you have a package they can't or refuse to deliver, you're SOL.

Speaking of which, they refuse to ship to post office boxes, for whatever reason(s). There's no real explanation. They just won't do it.

Lastly, they do not have a number. If you need to call them, it goes straight to the corporate customer service call center.

We have to drive an hour to pick our packages up. One was delivered there Friday, according to the tracking, and we have not received any notice. No one ever answers the phone, not even in the open hours.
