The ground services just drop packages anywhere without considering the fact the the package might get stolen or something. I has a package delivered to me Saturday, my address it should have been delivered on the front porch. No he goes to the side which is another street, and also has a public sidewalk and leave my package at the Garage door. Only Ground does that. You always have new employees I guess because ground is contract. When I start getting in the pocket of Fed x about my missing packages it will stop

I have been waiting on a package all day. The package arrived at the Evergreen Alabama terminal! The package is out for delivery!!!! No Package!!! I have race cars and I needed those parts today!!! 95% of the time I ordered race car parts and the boxes say JEGS on it someone opened the box to see what’s in it!! Then they tape it back up or the packages get lost!!! There’s got to be a solution for this!! I’m calling JEGS and let them know that they should use a different Courier! I never have this problem with UPS!!! I need my parts now because I’m headed out of town for a race!!!!!

I have of yet to receive my package That was supposed to be delivered march 26st everytime i talk to someone i get the run around ..... not to mention this is the secand shipment of the same order bc my 1st one was Damaged by fedex in shipping
