I’ve been using this location for the past 15 years for all my large printing needs. Whether commercial use of large marketing prints, or personal needs like grad or birthday cards. They are a busy store, and manage to make time for every customer without rushing their questions. Most recently this weekend, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli. He was very patient with my questions, and had a really friendly attitude. I appreciate all the help!

Although there was a bit of a wait which is why expected seeing as it’s Dec 28th.. someone came down the line of people to see if anyone already had a label printed out or to answer any questions. The staff was helpful and nice and the store was clean

employee yesterday morning was rude and short with me and the person in line in front of me. Bragged about how he doesn’t care about his job, he just ships things. He was clearly annoyed that I didn’t know I couldn’t do postal at a fedex, (I have mailed 2 things in my entire life and they were both through fedex) and when I asked if I could borrow a piece of tape for my envelope he practically threw a packing tape device at me. Yesterday and the day before were some of the most challenging days of my life, which I don’t expect him to have known, but as a customer service worker we all know better than to make somebody feel guilty for asking a question. You never know what someone is going through, this is something we learn in kindergarten, and this employee is at least 40, twice my age, and should know better.

I came into this FedEx location following a horrible experience at the UPS store, where I encountered significant upcharges compared to their online estimates and unhelpful employees. At FedEx, I was assisted by a gentleman named Jay.

Jay was extremely helpful throughout the process and respectful. He provided exceptional service and ensured that the prices matched their online estimates. The contrast in customer service and pricing transparency between FedEx and UPS was stark.

I shipped over 17 shipments here one day and ended up needing to change where they went after the truck picked up the packages. Alex the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me stop the shipments at the hub. While shipping the packages Alex was super patient and super helpful with the amount of packages I had to ship!

The location feels super busy, but register times are just slow due to the amount of information needed to ship. Staff are usually friendly and have great personalities.

Store area is small. Package drop-off, limited office supplies/cards, copy machine, large printer, and a couple workstations.

Parking is really tight. There are way too many stores packed into this area.

I dropped off meticulously wrapped gifts to ship to family across the country. All were to go into one box. The wrapping paper on one of the gifts was damaged when it arrived. The gift was visible enough to identify it. I am disappointed in the handling of my items after I dropped them off for shipping. I know this is a busy time of year, and mistakes can happen, but I wish some notice could have been given to the box recipient so we could coordinate fixing it ahead of time.

Don’t go to this location; the employees have HORRIBLE attitude. We went there to print some copies. A lady with blonde curly hair printed it for me first. The content was completely cut off and most of it was missing. They didn’t give me a refund, nor attempted to act like they cared. Then, I tried to do it myself, asking them if there was another size of paper available, and she didn’t even acknowledge my question and lacked basic knowledge of printing paper. If you ever need to print something, go to Staples instead. They have wonderful customer service and will help you with whatever you need.
