Called their office asking for the lawyer listed on their website. The lady on the phone ( Kaley) said " There is noone here by this name" and hang up on us. We called right back and said that she is on their website. The answer was: "She does not communicate with people she does not know". We asked for her email she replied " She does not give away her email address to everybody!". I mean are we in a Twilight zone? Why having a website if you don't want people to call you?..... And can you guys hire someone better to do this job?...I mean, it's a shame. It was really shoking.

Called to get a consultation. Left a message on a Friday afternoon, never received a call back. I called again 5 days later, was not allowed to speak with them, the secretary was very rude and short. They “do not represent individuals”
