This assistant guy doesn’t know how to file taxes especially with the form 1098T he messed up my taxes for the same year twice one the original one and then second the amended tax that he amended wrong because he doesn’t know what to do with that form. After my college, financial aid department told me to tell him that he use the form incorrectly he threaten me with saying that you will hear from IRS and then you will know!
Like why would I “know” you will since you messed up my taxes twice which effected so many of my college semesters negatively

1. They made a mistake with my original tax return. 2. They did my 1040x amended tax return and did it wrong again. 3. They had to redo my 1040x and again it was wrong. They wouldn’t give a clear answer on what was wrong and why ending up owing the government thousands of dollars. The owner stopped communicating with us. Had that arrogant attitude saying no way they could made a mistake. Their agent even told us “ noone from NY State received any tax return from the State Tax return. These people treated us like we were illiterate. The emotional stress was unbelievable, especially with letters from the government stating they will seize our property. After more than 2 years later, getting lawyers involved, they finally fixed my tax returns that this company made! It was a nightmare with them.
