No respect whatsoever for their clients' time. I booked an appointment online and went to the address provided in the confirmation. Upon my arrival, the receptionist informed me that they are a mobile notary service and that location is not theirs. I called, but there was no answer initially. A few minutes later, I received a call saying they couldn't come to that location. Later, I received a text stating they had tried to call earlier, but there was no voicemail or text message from that attempt. It's ridiculous how much time I wasted. The funny thing is, I ended up going to a nearby place without an appointment and spent a reasonable amount on two signatures.
