I said it before and I'll say it again, these guys really try and help. Currently with the power outage I can't print a label but these guys said no problem! Thank you. For over 15 years I've been coming here and they are always nice and efficient. This is the best place around drop any shipments off for FedEx or UPS. Whether it's a prepaid box or you need Postage and packing this place takes care of everything. In over 15 years I've never had a problem with a single package dropped off at their store. The staff is always extremely helpful and attentive especially if you have any questions about shipping something. Highly recommend this place for all your package needs.

This store DOES NOT sell postage stamps, according to the employee they have not sold stamps for a long time, even though it is listed as a service provided on their storefront and website. Ironically, this is their description of the postage stamps they “provide”: “If you’ve visited your local Post Office lately to buy a book of stamps, you probably spent about 20 minutes in line, only to be treated rudely by a surly Post Office employee who is NOT happy to see you.”

Dropped off two expensive items on Friday (over $3000) that I sold on Ebay. Tuesday I called and they confirmed they had not shipped but would go out that day. They didn't ship by today (Thursday) and I was told on the phone when I called that it is the holiday season and they are understaffed. I can understand that, but why not tell me when I dropped them off that they might not be shipped for a week? Why not call me with an update if there is a delay?

I have angry Ebay buyers and nothing I can tell them thanks to this store. Just a little communication would have been good and would have saved me a lot of problems.

Outrageous prices. Cost over $50 to ship a package that FedEx or USPS would ship for half the price. Staff helping me was inexperienced and unhelpful.
