If you live in Ohio, don't contact them now. Was told this morning that in March, they made a decision to not take on any Ohio cases. I was just informed today, April 14th, about this, after I uploaded all of my documents to their website. Team Lead made no mention of this and the attorney claimed we weren't set to follow up yet. Oh, so in July when we were originally supposed to follow up, THEN you would tell me no Ohio cases were being taken on - I was supposed to wait until then, to find out? Stop it.

Even though my bankruptcy was discharged, communication within the firm has been really bad. My first court date has to be rescheduled the day of ad I'm literally waiting on the zoom call because someone dropped the ball of turning in my paperwork even though I had provided it. Now I'm still waiting for them to send the proper paperwork to surrender my vehicle after this has been told to them since December when I purchased a new vehicle. I have emailed several people, Danny, Lina, and Derrick, several times asking them to respond to my email with confirmation and that was March 17th and today is March 27th and I still haven't gotten a response. I think not responding to a client is poor customer service and unprofessional.

The WORSE experience thus far. We’ve been waiting since last week for the bankruptcy to be filed. Paperwork was signed and we’re constantly given dates they’re going to file the paperwork. And everytime I check online, nothing has been filed. The communication sucks and very unprofessional. No one returns emails when following up with questions or concerns. Why do you think people file bankruptcy on the first place? I could have just borrowed the money to pay the bills had I known they weren’t even going to file the case. So now we’re just stuck in limbo and waiting when everything was already signed. I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel services. I should have never left my previous lawyer. I referred someone and due to the terrible communication. My cousin went elsewhere and had her case filed. This company should be ashamed at how they treat people and leave them with no filed case after signing. Go elsewhere and BEWARE!
