I have been a patient for years for a good reason. No matter which Doctor I have seen, I left feeling very comfortable with my care. The amazingly impressive piece to the office is the large staff which are also very good. The amount of moving parts is orchestrated in such a way that even an annual check up seems to move along comfortably. Great job all, and thank you!

I didn't have a long waiting time, everyone is kind and thoughtful. Everything was fully explained to me to about my surgery. Dr Dean was quick and right to the point. I would recommend them. Looking forward to another comment after surgery. Had my surgery done on both eyes and I'm amazed. Dr Dean has literally brightened my world. I would highly recommend him and his team, so professional but also just normal people like me. Love them.

The professionalism of the staff is TOP NOTCH. However I feel like the Doc was in a rush to move on to the next patient during my appointment . I had 3 questions about my condition. I had to tell him I wasn’t done after each question. He kept trying to leave.

My recent experience at EYE CARE NORTHEAST was positive! All staff were delightful & knowledgeable.
Each person...from beginning to end....gave the impression they loved their job.....presenting a positive & comfortable atmosphere for their patients!
I was also impressed with the advanced technology for exams with a transcriber.
My wait time before my appointment was short.

From the moment you check in you’re made to feel welcomed. The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating. The tech was phenomenal, fast and efficient and very friendly!
The tech who took X-rays was also very kind, professional and friendly. Dr Reasoner pulled up the X-rays and walked me through what it all meant. Explained options for the prescription lenses and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Eye Care Northeast!

My appointment with Robert Reasoner, OD was informative, caring and assuring.

I must say that Dr Reasoner possesses that rare ability to explain complex medical conditions in a manner that is easily understood. His manner is engaging, I felt he saw me as an individual in a very caring and personable way, not just as another patient. Finally, I left the appointment with the confidence that things are under control, and we have a plan for the future.
