This company is something else. I had just gotten my credit score to where it was worth something. When my last delinquent mark came off my report and nothing was against me they dropped me down to ZERO!! After clearing my report which u would think would be a good thing no, they literally took my average score ( that I was proud of, the highest it had been) and deleted it. I have NO SCORE WITH THEM. Transunion still has my score the same but not experian. They want you to OWE MONEY. That way, u will always be indebted to the rich. We are not free if we owe someone, something.

I wish I could give 0⭐️! My phone number changed and I can’t be sent a code to reset my password so I am in automated bot hell. They offer to text all kinds of things to me that I can no longer get. I tried contacting the old number and it isn’t a valid number. My credit is frozen since I was hacked in August and I need to get it unfrozen. I sent a request with info I thoughtI would need (since wherever they sent it wasn’t to me) including a copy of my driver license to their PO Box. This company sucks!

They’re tools you can use online are really useful and that’s great, but where this company totally lacks is customer service.
I applied for a new credit card but because the fraud alert on my account didn’t have my phone number attached, my approval couldn’t be completed by the lender. So I log in to edit my fraud alert by adding my phone number to it and their website says that can’t be done online. So I call “customer service” and have to talk to an A.I. robot.
No matter how many different prompts I tried, I couldn’t complete it over the phone either. Plus it wouldn’t allow me to talk to a real person. Just kept repeating the same things and giving me options that wouldn’t help me and sometimes hanging up in my face (yes even the robot will do that 😂). So after 8 attempts I ended up removing the fraud alert altogether.
Who knew adding a phone number to an alert could be so hard? Experian I appreciate the Boost and credit monitoring tools but your customer service absolutely SUCKS and isn’t helpful at all👎🏾 Do better!

Horrible customer service. My daughter is trying to buy a car but her credit is frozen. We've been trying to unfreeze it for 2 days but have not been successful and Experian has no way to contact customer support. The phone number tells you you have to use the website, the website says they can't verify my daughter's identity so we need to call and submit documents. So we submit documents, no one ever gets back to us so we try calling again and the whole cycle starts over again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Fraud alert!! They charged my account without my autgorization for a subscription which was not permitted by me!! This is a thievery crooked credit company who get access to your bank account and steal your money If you do not check your transaction history!!
I am going to file a lawsuit against these thieves and their joke customer service connecting from Philippines!! Thievery and free laboring is their job.
Do not trust such a fraudulent company to have access to my SSN and other info.

If you have any issues I would suggest flying to Texas and going in person. I have called every customer service number just to be hung up on by an automated system. You will never get a live person and just be continuously calling saying agent or customer service just to never get through.

This company is the epitome of horrible customer service. Other horrible companies strive to be this poor. I've been locked out of my account for over a year now. I've followed the instructions to a T. I mailed all the necessary paperwork to the address posted on their web page and waited almost a month before I got their reply. Which stated: "we believe your paperwork appears to be from someone other than you". Ironically, they sent it to the exact same address I had on all the information I sent them. BOX OF ROCKS. I hate to belittle rocks like this. These people are literally dumber than.......

It's getting two stars because it's been helpful with me monitoring my credit. If not for that it would get no stars because the customer service is non-existent and when I have gotten a hold of someone it's been absolutely atrocious. As a 62 year old with45 years in this industry of customer service this is definitely the worst company. Getting somebody on the phone is impossible but the last attempt ended with them hanging up on me after being rude with a hateful attitude. They weren't even aware that their company had a bank department. How are you going to have a bank or something resembling a bank with people's money and direct deposits when you can't get a hold of anybody at all and when you do their rude and then hang up on you. I'm closing my bank account I am leaving EXPERIAN I cannot take another minute of this company
