Worst customer service. Only received one box out of two box shipment from omaha steaks. Its our Christmas dinner that has been on the road for two days. Automatic andwering at 800 customer service. Representative called back very poor english gave info hung up saying if don't receive by 24th put in claim. What about Christmas dinner and it is perishable. The incompetent customer service. Will never use fedex again. Do I purchase dinner again dinner again

Exodus Shipping service is excellent. My husband left his wallet in Pagosa Springs. I was able to have someone drop off the wallet at Exodus Shipping and have them ship the wallet back to us all done with just a phone call. Erik filled out the label for me, gave me the tracking number of the package, etc. I highly recommend Exodus for any of your postal service or shipping needs.

Great to have the ability to ship via Fedex again. Eric is great and there are no longer the parking hassles we used to have to deal with.

The Fed ex in Pagosa Springs Colorado is awesome but was unable to deliver it to Maryland and I have still not received the package back or been reimbursed for anything
