Do not use this Service, or use with the understanding that you have a high probability of being disappointed! We needed an Apostille service and relied on Eva's Notary and Apostille services to prepare our documents to send to the Sec. of State Dept. We paid in full for competent experience, only to get all documents returned by the State Dept because the check from our service provider (Eva) was not signed! This company cost us a lot of $ and time! Use at your own risk!
