Aiko used to be my friend, but she left my fiancée high and dry. She actually handled my custody case about 2 years ago, which went fantastically, and was doing mostly great on this one…then she failed to file the paperwork with the court, blocked both of our numbers and quit replying to all communications, and also kept her remaining retainer.

Aiko, I have no idea how you are still in business, but no one I’ve known has ever let me down quite like you. I really hope you find a way to fix this, but it looks like you have been doing this to other clients as well. Apparently you’ve lost your way.

Aiko represented me for a divorce against my abusive husband. She was amazing in the beginning, promising to fight and get me everything I deserved. Just before the divorce was final, she stopped responding, and removed herself from my case. Just left me high and dry. She left my divorce papers in an envelope for me to pick up and sign on my own. Things were different than we had discussed- wording in the restraining order was changed, and she refused to help me. I had to sign my papers with no assistance. My ex’s attorney took full advantage and refused to release my money I was awarded in the divorce. I had to hire another attorney. Do not trust or hire this lady. She took advantage of my situation and is a complete FRAUD!

Everything was going really well, a few delays due to illness but we got right back on track. She was amazing on the day of court. All we had to do was submit a proposed judgment to the judge and it was over. She told me it was submitted a week and a half later, then she disappeared. I had to call around myself to find out the proposed judgment was never submitted, then find another attorney to do it for me. SO CLOSE! She has kept my retainer and blocked me from contacting her. I don’t know what else to do.

Not sure what happened but I paid this attorney a retainer for my divorce and then heard nothing for 2 months! After many texts and voicemails left I received a short note saying she would no longer represent me because of an illness. I still see she's open.
