*Fraud. Scam.* I would give a zero start if I could. Wasted a lot of money and time and efforts. They gave me high hopes and deliver no results. Took all my information. Did not provide any solution. You are better off spending your time, money and energy somewhere else. They will give you the runaround in high hopes. Do not believe them. After taking all the information they told me they will get back to me. They never did. Now they have been ignoring my emails for many months.

This “firm” is an absolute joke! I signed up for their “Syn Arb” which claims they “aggressively advocate” for you. This could not be further from the truth. It is more like “ we send a letter and when Amazon says no, we collect your money and move on and do nothing.” They told me I had a great case, so they could collect my money, then failed miserably and clearly lack any real knowledge of Amazon’s tactics and games. They will take large sums of money and send letters to Amazon attorneys and put up zero fight. I did most of the work for them. They had no legal argument and just reiterated my issue in a letter. When Amazon told them no, they stuck their tails between their legs and sent me a disengagement letter, pocketing $3500 for zero advocacy, zero legal argument, zero fight. These guys don’t really seem to know anything except the email addresses of Amazon attorneys.

Here is what I got for $3500,

Request my documentation ($500)
Conduct legal analysis ($1000)
Draft demand letter ($1000)
Review response ($500) and if applicable, send counter response
Close matter and send disengagement letter ($500)

When I complained about the poor legal representation in my matter, they offered to send an additional counter response. Months went by with no update (as usual with them). When I reached out to check status, they told me it was still in progress but that they have a “significant workload” - about a week after this, they sent a disengagement letter and told me they will not be sending another counter response, that they just told me was in progress. A bar complaint with the California Bar was filed against them for their misconduct.

I've hired many lawyers before, and some of the not so trustworthy ones suggest ideas that enable them to charge high fees, overcharge time, etc so that they can enrich themselves at the expense of the client. Mario is different in that he always puts his client's economical interests above his own ("No, that's too risky in terms of ROI. That will only make us as the lawyer rich. Do this instead."). He is very experienced and understands the nuances of Amazon's Business Services Agreement. Very generous with time and great strategic advice.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Initially, things seemed promising, but they failed to deliver on their primary promise: restoring my account. The entire process took about a year, far longer than expected, and their communication became less responsive over time.

What frustrated me most was their approach to submissions. They repeatedly submitted the same information, even after it failed initially. It felt like there was no real effort to adapt or improve their strategy.

Additionally, they claimed they would escalate my case to Amazon's legal team, but they never informed me if the legal team responded or provided any updates on the escalation process. The lack of follow-through and transparency was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone expecting timely, effective results or clear communication.
