Erin Laurito was an absolute wonderful realtor to work with! She took the time to explain today's real estate market and what I need to do to command top-dollar for my home. I followed her advice to a "T" and accepted an almost full-price offer after just 4 days on MLS! Throughout the whole process, Erin asked so many questions and catered her services to what was important to me. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in the area. While I was moving out of state and couldn't use her as my buyer's agent, I would imagine she'd be terrific with that too. Erin has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m glad I had her helping me every step of the way in buying my first home. She was very quick to answer any texts or phone calls. She was so sweet and very helpful. If I didn’t understand something, she would explain it in a way that I could understand. If she didn’t know something, she did her research and got back with me.
