I’ve never had to use a mobile notary before, so this experience was on the fly for me, as I needed this done immediately. Erika was the first and only service I called, as she was rated with the most stars, and was available. We set up a time, for same day, and she was here on time. She was very helpful, and got these documents for myself, and for my 96-year old mother, whom is thankfully still in pretty good shape, both cognitively and physically. We had been putting off getting these financial and medical directives accomplished, which is great importance for all of us to have done. Mom was about to leave next day, on a 2-week trip to visit family out of state. We decided yesterday, that we should just get this done. I researched online, to learn about what would be necessary to have, just in case, and found all the forms we needed online. Having a lawyer do this, would’ve been way more than either of us could afford. The one thing necessary to all this, was to have everything signed by a notary. We really lucked out in finding Erika at the last minute! Both professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and was very helpful throughout the process, and didn’t have to even leave our home. We couldn’t have done this without her.
