Eric was wonderful to work with. There were some personal circumstances that delayed the process for me, and Eric was understanding while I dealt with that. He kept me informed of where each step was and what I could expect. He was available to answer questions and was very clear in what he felt was in my best interest. He was willing to work with me where I was and always be open about the long term ramifications that I wasn't always thinking about. Mark Hales and the team at Eric M. Swinyard were absolutely amazing. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional, helping me through the entire process. I was searching for a divorce attorney that could handle a divorce with my husband living in NY and I was here in Utah. I reached out to a few and was told that they wouldn't take me because of that reason. I called Eric Swinyards office and He took my case.
Ashley who is in the office was always friendly and so helpful. I never felt like a bother. I met up with Eric and he was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. He told me what to provide and I did. He returned every phone call or email promptly. Everything was faster than I thought it would be. The charges were a lot less than I thought also. I did get 5,000.00 back. I know that's a case by case but I was really impressed. I always had a bad stigma about attorney's and salesman. I felt that my case was handed very honestly. If ever I need one again I will definitely go to Eric. I highly recommend Him.

Working with attorney Ryan Flicklin has absolutely been outstanding! He is one of the most competent, honest and capable lawyers I've ever worked with.
