This company is a scam - we received no return from the IRS for the ER Credit. ERC mailed us an invoice for $70,000.00, 15% of the projected amount we were supposedly getting from the IRS each quarter - do not use this "company". We will not be paying the invoice. FYI our accountant suggested this to be a good idea, accountants also get a cut of the return which is why they were so eager to suggest. ERC will also call and email you so much to the point of having to block their number.

Stay far away from this company. Their contracts claim that “if during the discovery effort it is determined that no credit can reasonably be qualified for under the law, or if the IRS withholds claimed funds, no fees will be charged, and any deposits will be returned.” However, even if you do receive a small amount of ERC funds (for example, only $81.34), their contract states they can ONLY charge a 15% fee. Now imagine receiving nothing at all, especially with the IRS pausing applications due to allegations of fraud by companies like ERC Specialists targeting small businesses.
But it doesn’t stop there—they are currently suing hundreds of small businesses who haven’t received any funds, which is a violation of their very own contract. If you’re from out of state, they exploit the financial challenge of traveling for court appearances, leveraging this tactic to obtain summary judgments against clients who can’t defend themselves. Look at the BBB comments, where numerous clients report paying deposits, never receiving funds, and being denied deposit refunds by ERC. I strongly urge anyone dealing with this company to file complaints with both your state’s Attorney General and Utah’s Attorney General. After 35 years in corporate compliance banking, I have never encountered a more predatory operation. We’ve now had to retain attorneys, who, in our initial meeting, shared that they are already handling multiple cases against ERC Specialists and are well aware of the fraudulent practices they are perpetrating on unsuspecting business owners.
Now I expect ERC cronies to leave a "pat response" or claim my review isn't one of their clients. It appears to be their M.O. As well if you dig deeper "google ERC specialists complaints" you'll find a plethora of complaints people have made all over the internet. Do your research people!

This business exploits small business proprietors. My dealings with them have been dreadful. I made a prepayment for the ERC funds to secure a discount. It's important to note that if I hadn't paid in full upfront, it would have been automatically deducted at a 15% rate once I received the funds. Keyword: after. I haven't received the ERC, and they're refusing to refund my money. I've been waiting nearly two years for the IRS to distribute the funds, and they're not doing so without a struggle. As a small business owner, I prefer not to engage in a battle with the IRS. I ended up with nothing, while the ERC specialist from Utah managed to secure $11,000.00 for just an hour of work. They are dishonest and unethical and should be ashamed of what they have done to small businesses like mine.

We were recommended to ERC nearly two years ago. The process seemed simple enough. We checked everything with our bookkeeper and accountant several times. To date, we have not received anything from the IRS but one letter explaining the risk of audit and other charges for falsely filing if we continue moving forward. Concerning right? ERC fails to provide updates and actually advised us not to follow up with the IRS. When questioning this logic, they have prepared responses and attempted to blame us for any errors in the process. Stay as far away as you can. This org appears to be more of a grift for their service payment in advance. We would be out all of that money had we taken the bait. I would expect we see ERC in the news for fraud before our business and others ever see any refunds from the IRS. Good luck to those who did pay in advance. My heart actually hurts for what you must be going through.

I contacted ERC Specialists about the Employee Retention Credit. They were very thorough, telling me exactly what they needed from me to apply for the credit on our behalf, giving me a copy of all the paperwork filed with the government, and keeping me appraised as the application went through the various steps to approval and payment. I would highly recommend ERC Specialists!

We received out ERC rebate checks almost exactly to the day that Mark said we would get them. And they were exactly for the amount he said we would get. ERC stayed with us throughout the process. They promptly replied to our emails and actually answered our phone calls. We at Green Rhino Tree Care, LLC are extremely satisfied with the results this company provided for us. I very highly recommend them!

When I engaged ERC Specialists, I told them upfront that I have already applied and received ERC credits for certain quarters and even gave them 941X. They confirmed that those quarters are not eligible and will not included. However, they turned around and double dipped those quarters. Then IRS sent me notices on the double dipped quarters. I asked them to clean up the mess and held some money back. Their replies were, "We filed based upon the information you have provided", "Just wait, IRS will ignore it", "We have cleared it with IRS, but we cannot give you any proof. Just give us the money you held back".
I had to spent a lot more than what I held back to clean their mess. Now, I am dealing with their lawyer, who wants the money that I held it back.

I have been working with ERC Specialists to apply for the IRS Employee Retention Credit. The process was extremely easy and ERC Specialist did a great job filing all the necessary documents. Its been about 4 months and I expect to receive my funding any day now.
