If your family has a complex situation I would absolutely recommend you find someone besides Connie to help you in your situation. She appears to not understand a QIT, or she just really doesn't care to help anyone with limited assets/finances and a complex situation. Her lack of solid advice has left us in a complete mess.

James Edward Anderson has put an Estate Plan together very well. Wow, Real estate "funded" with a portfolio and financial statement IRA custodian . Warrant deed say his heirs and assigns fee simple for ever. Anything that's in the trust does not go through probate court. Code of Alabama Section 35-5A-13 - Powers and Duties of Custodian as to Custodial Property Generally.
