I was recommended by my roommate to give Susy a call to help me out on my tax. The overall experience was great, I had a great time talking to Susy through the whole process. I believe it only took about 30-40 minutes for her to do my taxes. She made sure everything was correct and made me feel welcomed. I will be using her services for next year's taxes! Thank you Susy

On another note, if you can find parking in the plaza, use the street next to it I was able to find parking there.

Susy is the absolute best. Year after year I continue doing my taxes with her because she knows what she’s doing, she also guides me and helps me stay compliant with the state. I highly recommend making an appointment first, she’s always busy but I guarantee when it’s your turn, her focus will be on you and trying to help you.

They never finished my service...horrible, horrible attention...they don't know what are they doing.
Suzy Bracco is one of the worst person i ever meet, so unprofessional,rude, disrespectful,if you check the reviews you can see i'm not the only complaining about her attitude, this person call me a liar, charge me the whole seevice up front, change the price of my service in middle of the process and i agree to pay it.
She went took a vacation, two weeks after started my process and never answer my phone calls again...by far the bigges scam office for latinos in CA!
I do not recommend this business AT ALL!

Susy came in 10 after my appointment time for my livescan and was extremely unprofessional. She made it seem as she is doing me a favor, it is her job and could have easily said no to me when we spoke on the phone. Saying " I don't know why "people" come here I know it's convenient. because of the distance but there are so many other places" Extremely rude!!
