Urgent Issue with Delayed Paperwork and Unprofessional Service

I am reaching out to express our frustration with the ongoing issues we’ve encountered at your dealership, particularly regarding paperwork delays and unprofessional service.

In August, we requested a name change on our account. However, Valeria did not carry over previous payments, which led to confusion when we called to make a payment in October. We were told—quite rudely—that multiple payments had been missed since May. Additionally, the system did not reflect our September payment.

Despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to receive our permanent tag, and our third temporary tag has now expired. Each time my husband calls to check on the status, he is transferred repeatedly, often to people who are unavailable or on break, and has even been hung up on. The lack of accountability and the unprofessional attitude of some of the staff have made this process incredibly frustrating.

We hope to resolve this matter promptly and would appreciate it if someone from management could look into this. If possible, we would also appreciate a point of contact who can assist us professionally moving forward.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very friendly staff , will let you do your own due diligence in cars with no pressure . They gave us time to look through every page . They made it work for us when nobody else would . They allowed me to finance under my business . Also ,Terms were not bad actually will definitely be coming back here . If you have a hard time getting a truck , good or bad credit this is the place for you.

Read all through contract….these people explain it’s once a month payment and on contract it’s every two weeks… when trying to get someone to explain the contract with details , they get rude. Bad customer service

Not professional at all called these people 4 times about a vehicle kept getting transfered then put on hold an they kept hanging up on me nobody has bothered to call me back this is very very unprofessional business.
