I recently engaged with Effective Divorce Mediation LLC for their professional services, and it was an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. Not only did they demonstrate a lack of impartiality in their mediation efforts, but they also failed to meet their contractual obligations. Their actions extended beyond mere incompetence as they ventured into the realm of providing unsolicited legal advice, which was both inappropriate and unacceptable.

Furthermore, their practice of repeatedly requesting additional sessions without delivering accurate and agreed-upon documentation was frustrating and unproductive. Instead of ensuring that our documents were current and accurate as requested, they attempted to extract more money from us. When I rightfully pushed back against this unethical behavior, they abruptly terminated our engagement, withholding all funds paid and failing to provide any of the final documents as promised.

My experience with Effective Divorce Mediation LLC was not only disappointing but also financially damaging. I urge others to exercise extreme caution before entrusting them with their professional needs, as their practices are not only unreliable but also potentially harmful to clients.
