I don’t normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so. I had been having an ongoing starter issue with my car which was also a hazard when on the road. After much deliberation, a friend had encouraged me to look into Lemoning my car, which made me slightly uneasy, but with his encouragement I did so.

My first call to Sam (partner at Edzant Price) was too easy and delightful. I had explained that I had written a letter to the auto manufacturer explaining my situation, and that my friend, who had to use this service, had encouraged me to call before I sent the letter off. Sam said you may want to try and send the letter in and see if yields results. And if you don’t get a response we’re happy to help (he also explained how things work if they took on the case). I so very appreciated his hands off approach. Not only did he give me good advice on how to handle it myself, he was not actively trying get my business, pressuring me, nor selling me.

I had made a few inquires to the manufacturer and got no response so I reached back to Sam. In 2 to 3 weeks we got a notice indicating that they were going to repurchase my car. It was really that simple and I so appreciated the manufacturer taking responsibility for their car, which I also happened to love. As a result, I’m back in same car and very happy
