I am so thankful for my PT Kayla. She knew just how to push me so I could meet my own goals. I participate in a sport that was new to her and most people lol, I am a Dragon Boat racer. (Picture a 40' canoe like boat, with 10 seats and 2 paddlers per seat , all working as one). So she researched the sport and came up with ways to help me strengthen my shoulders and back so I could continue doing what I love. My team was so impressed with how she really thought out what I needed to do.
The facility is clean and all the staff were so friendly and encouraging.
Thank you ECRC Lisbon and most of all thank you Kayla!

Facilities and staff - especially Robyn (PT) - are excellent. She helped me work out problems with both knees and a shoulder. Great sessions at ECRC and a comprehensive set of exercises for me to do on my own.

If you're looking for someone you can trust to treat an infant, Robyn is the woman to see. My baby was diagnosed with Tortacollis at 2 months old. Appointments were booking out a little over a month, but less than a week after scheduling, a spot opened up the following week and we got in right away. Robyn really knows how to work with babies. She handled mine with such care; it was really easy to trust her and see that she really knows what she's doing. If my baby ever needs PT again, we'll definitely be coming back here.

I want to thank Jeff and Zach for their help in my recovery post knee replacement. They were most helpful in providing me with the therapy I needed to regain strength, balance and movement. They are very professional and knowledgeable and I strongly recommend this facility for anyone recovering from an injury or surgery.

the environment is very nice and the staff and super friendly!!! however i do not suggest this place if you have a long term illness or neurological issues of any sort. i have a rare autoimmune disease and i always have the worst of luck with physical therapy because the people there do not necessarily seem to know what they are doing.might just be a personal problem and of course i don’t expect anyone to understand a complex illness but it seems much less structured than ones i’ve gone too in the past. furthermore i did not attend physical therapy for people to feel bad for me. the lady i worked with was a sweetheart but was overstepping SO MUCH and it made me uneasy… talk about unprofessional… i’m not looking for a therapist haha. many tears were shed on my behalf due to overstepping, made me kinda feel like garbage. they are more worried about documentation and reporting things to insurance so they don’t get in trouble than the patient. tried to get me to do things that could have sent me into relapse; tried to explain staff said i had to complete the task. my specialty neurologist called this “laughable” stopping going to this location completely so glad i have common sense and stood up for myself
