Eclaro is nice and offers good flexibility with schedule. Here in Eclaro, there's a yearly summer outing being held. People are also nice to work with (reffering to my current project). Clients are also long term thus securing stability with your work. Managers are nice and are always happy to help.

For improvements, it's better to deploy laptops than desktops for mobility purposes. Also, team engagement benefit should be done more often, or budget for it should be added aa part of the deminimis.
