The people who work here, no matter what their position, are kind, concerned and dedicated. Every person went out of his or her way to help me. The doctors were focused on my issues and took time to explain things. The nurses were dedicated to my care and understanding of my problems and made every effort to help me. The service staff were friendly and competent. My stay was brief, but I felt cared for!

The Emergency Department did an awesome job, they listened and were very kind and treated me with compassion. I just love the nurses there. and I really like and trust Dr.Kaun ( hope spelling is right)he is a very thorough Dr. Checks everything,THANK YOU

The care I got in patient was amazing. I loved the nurses and aides who all was helpful and kind. The doctors who saved my life I'll forever be grateful for. The food was delicious, especially the pancakes. But the night shift ER needs to be more understanding and compassionate towards the people they are taking care of otherwise why are they in this line of work. Thier careless almost cost me my life. I work in Healthcare. I understand how it can be but that doesn't give them the right to treat people badly. People shouldn't be afraid to go to the hospital and get the help they need.

Just got out of the ER. My nurse "Courtney" was unbelievably helpful and kind. Held my hand while I was having a panic attack. Treated me with kindness when I was crying and being whiny. Also, it was her Birthday and she was stuck working with me as her patient, ha. 100% professional and I felt heard and cared for. Thank you Courtney, I hope your birthday got better after I was discharged 😂

I went to East Liverpool wound center with a very nasty would on my leg. I was treated like I was special. It took 3 months to heal and I received the best care by people that were determined to heal my leg and they did. Thank you.

Would like to thank East Liverpool Hospital for caring for me in my time of need, especially the nurses in ICU, Tammy and Nicole were exceptionally caring, and the assistants, Megan,Bessie and the 4th floor staff did there jobs with professionalism.

I went to the er on Sunday, i was so sick. I had been to a Boardman er, 3 days prior. The er doctor was very thorough and made sure he figured out what was wrong. The nurses in the er were wonderful unfortunately I can't remember their names. They were related and one was expecting. I was admitted and just released today. I was taken care of very well by everyone. All of the staff are very nice people. Thank you for your wonderful care.

Dr James Shaer & his staff (orthopedic surgeon) has been so understanding taking care of me.I use a power wheelchair & on 6ltr. O² w\ transportation issues since my wheelchair van was totaled in the accident.. I live in a rural area and transportation for somebody in a power wheelchair has been a nightmare!.
