Hard working institution, on behalf of the public.
UPDATE: (10/18/24) They helped my attacker unknowingly, but then chose to scandalize me rather than change course. Truly fake-Left. The Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic of legal help.

I recommend this group to tenants who have any issues with their landlords - unfortunately they were unable to assist me given my position as a tenant/on-site manager. Mark comes highly recommended [along with Leah] because of his knowledge of artist/live/work/loft/warehouse spaces and their owners.

All can say is that I enjoy when a legal advisor can work together with a client for a perm or temporary solution. My only regret is the followup process not being able to return go to the same agent unless its a team effort.
I still have to see if the project we worked on result is positive outcome leading me in another direction for final resolutions, forward.
Hopefully negotiable with no returns back. Also results in myself being a continued client.

I have a case that involves someone living in Australia and they were unable to help me.
Always call before you go into the office. When I went in ... They j7st gave me the standard info that you can get over the internet. Desk clerk had very little knowledge of any services offered.

I used this services back in 2019 and didn’t get a chance to do a review. I was very appreciative and happy when I met this lady named Samantha Weinstein in Alameda county court house downtown Oakland. I was on the calendar in court for a mistake that occurred on my background from the DOJ stating that I was a convicted felon. Not only did the DA insult me about that potential case, but I had a full on meltdown trying to explain to her (DA) and the judge that this is affecting my livelihood because it’s inaccurate. In the midst of my distress, I heard a lady saying “I can help you, just give me a moment and I’ll meet you out front”. This lady ended up being Samantha Weinstein. Samantha was very empathetic with a very mild and calming tone that helped me to calm down enough to explain to her what my issue was. Samantha helped me start the process with working with EBCLC immediately! I would never forget her or Ms. Vinuta Naik. They were both sensitive and helpful to me at a time where I was completely lost, and my case was resolved when they reached out to DOJ to correct and update the mistakes. They are both angels sent from GOD to help the people. Thank you EBCLC for what you do for us.
