I have used Eagle Postal Center for years. The only reason I have stopped is because I no longer work in Southlake and therefore aren't in town regularly. Joe has never failed to be a positive influence that is always encouraging. I have had a mailbox there for years and he has helped ship a number of packages. I've never had a bad experience between his services and his interactions. If I ever find myself living or working in Southlake I'll get another PO box with no hesitation.

P.S. If you're a Star Wars fan you're going to LOVE the wall behind the counter. It is full of incredible memorabilia.

Joe is an exceptional business owner and his efforts and work to support and enable anyone who comes to his store is notable. When I came to ship miniatures months ago, he ensured they all got where they needed to go and when complications emerged he helped me sort them as well. What a lovely experience. Joe is the owner. He took the time to find the cheapest but fastest delivery and repackaged my delivery box so my gift would be safe. He then offered me a free cold drink. It is rare that someone cares that much. He really brightened my day. It is nice to feel supported when going into a location I have never been to.

Joe is a very Friendly, Genuine man. I really trust his advise and his service is amazing! He greets everyone that walks in with a smile, making sure that he connects with them. He is attentive to the customer's needs and advises the plan of action that he thinks is most suitable for the situation. When living in the area, I picked up/shipped out mail from this Postal Center on a weekly basis and observed that Joe and his service is quality and very consistent.
