Not trustworthy. I don't understand the army working with these people. Of the 10k in claims having broken and lost my property, they offered $750.00. They copy and pasted the same response on everything. Completely disregarded our claims and did not take us seriously.

As you have read from all the other personnel, this office is trash. They stole my IOTV and did a poor job of inventory to delete the evidence. They first offered partial payment for it and then when I submitted a rebuttal, their response was to take it up with the MCO. They are thieves. I read very similar things in others’ reviews. I wish I knew about them when I was assigned to them. I would’ve requested to change it right away. Stay away from them. Jordan Bright and Larissa Schuler were the claims officers. Very unprofessional. They don’t even have signature blocks on their emails and they don’t introduce who they are. Poor management.

Their job is to sound nice on the phone while screwing over military families.
We were promised reimbursement for daily items because our shipment took weeks too long. My kids slept on the floor, we lived minimally to mitigate cost despite our baggage taking too long. They still denied our entire claim.
They must just laugh about their job being to screw people over because there is no way a decent human could work here with a clear conscience.

They conveniently found a loophole to avoid taking responsibility for the damage done to our mattress. Our memory foam mattress was stored incorrectly and caused a tear and a dip. But because the tear wasn’t “visible to the naked eye,” they could not confirm that it was caused by the move. They offered $100 as a “goodwill” offering for our $3,500 mattress.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and internal miscommunication that seriously needs to be addressed by someone who knows what they’re doing. Completely lowballed me. They broke over $8,000 worth of personal items and claimed since I didn’t have the receipt from stuff I bought 2-5 years ago that they couldn’t give me what I paid for the items. I advise if their name pops up for a PCS move definitely do NOT LET THEM MOVE YOUR STUFF. They’ve took every single day very slowly and didn’t think of the inconvenience it brings to you personally. I really hope the exact same thing that happened to me and the previous customers happen to the people that worked our settlements. You all are so unprofessional and I have no idea how you even still have a business. You need new leadership at the highest level. You are complete disgrace to the military community and I don’t even know how this company even was recommended z

One more company that can be added to the list of vultures that siphon money from military members.

I completed a military PCS which ended up having several damaged furniture items. The selected company refused to pay for two of the items. One of the items had multiple points of damage and a large crack. They had somebody inspect the crack who determined that the crack was due to atmospheric conditions, but they did not address the remaining damage to the item. I inquired about this several times with the company; the company has failed to respond after several months.

The other item had extensive surface damage and they stated that their paperwork shows it was damaged prior to the move. I provided photographic evidence with a date stamp showing no damage to the item prior to the move. I also requested for the form showing that there was damage prior to the move. The company ignored several requests and has not responded since the photograph was provided.

They have now cut off all contact with me. This is not how military members should be treated; a company should at least have the decency to respond to a customer.

I filed a claim on DPS for a missing item, and after few days, personnel from Eagle Claims emailed me, asking me to provide some additonal information.
I did, then I got an email that I was on the waiting list.
Towards the end of 60 days they demanded, they emailed me saying that they determined to reimburse me for the missing item.
I accepted the offer on DPS and also got the check in timely manner.

If I could give it a -10 stars I would. My pc got damaged during transit and I sent pictures of the damage plus an estimate from a profesional repair center and did not get paid at all. O was told there was no physical damaged when it was super clear that my motherboard and gpu were destroyed.
