We recently had a family member enter a hospital that was in a location distant from home and other family members. Due to issues involved in the hospitalization, we need to get some forms signed and notarized. Due to the current pandemic situation several of the notaries in Bakersfield did not go into hospitals. I reached Elizabeth and she was very helpful and cooperative. We had to drive some 250 miles to bring the documents for signature and Elizabeth was flexible with regard to specific times for the notarization. When she arrived at the hospital I found her very personable. Her demeanor with the patient signing the forms was kind and patient. Overall, the ease of working with her helped a stressful situation go easier.
