It's debt collection so I'm not going to say it was a pleasant process but Dynamic Legal Recovery made the process a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Read a whole bunch of horror stories about debt collection and this company at least for me was none of those. Very professional from the start, I could always reach them and they would always get back to me, plus at the end of the day they were able to help our family business collect debts from people we thought would never pay. All in all 5 stars!

We contacted Dynamic Legal Recovery Agency asking if they would be able to help us recover the debt from other business company.They agreed on taking our case. It was great at first because this agency was the only one who wanted to take care of someone that was out of state. nobody else wanted to do it so this was a plus on their side. We signed the agreement, agreed on terms and conditions , got the case number ,etc. We thought that we get 50/50, as the agreement said, from the amount that other company owed us. The agency was supposed to be in touch with us every step of the way but it was not. We had to call many times asking how the things were going because nobody bothered to call or even send the email with any updates which is unprofessional. On a top of everything Dynamic Legal Recovery settled the amount with that company on their own without asking us first which was another unprofessional move. At the end we got email saying how much they recover and how much we will get.Unfortunately we did not get the amount that was mentioned in the email. I called William ,he did not know what was going on.Later on I got email saying that our documents were mixed up with some other papers and that is the amount we get and that was it. We were supposed to get $500 more but we didn't.
They recover the money-yes but it was no communication from their side, they din not inform us of any settlement, we didn't agree on ANY settlement at the first place.We feel cheated and deceived.Email,which we received from William did not cover the amount of money that we received as a result.
We are not satisfied with the method by which this agency treats its clients.It takes different matters from all over the country,which gives hope for the recovery of all debts,but you should monitor every step of their way.

Thanks to Legal Recovery, I was able to collect our money from a family who refused to pay our money back per the contract! William and his team were very responsive, professional and fast, within only a few days were able to collect our money! Yes we paid them 40% but, it did worth it! After realizing that a lien on a property expires, I contacted three lawyers. None could or wanted to take the case to recover my court ordered judgement against a contractor. I found Dynamic Legal Recovery and didn't really expect they could get any money, but thought it was worth a shot. Mannie Aguirre is a miracle worker. After 14 years of waiting for payment, Mannie got my money in a matter of a couple of days. He was amazing. I don't know how he managed to get the dead beat contractor to pay what he owed. I had been after him for years with no success. Hopefully, I am never in this situation again, but if it happens, rest assured I will call Dynamic Recovery immediately.

The team of Dynamic Legal Recovery was the best, I have ever experienced in collection. As an independent business consultant, I was owed accumulated compensation by my former client, who kept me working under the promise to pay later. Ultimately, I had to quit the assignment. Initially, I tried collecting my owed compensation, but I could not succeed despite an excellent case and contract documentation. I enrolled another collector, who promised much prior the retainer, but who delivered very little thereafter. It was such a frustrating experience. Despite promises, there were no updates and no information about the collection strategy. When the debt became older, the company could not provide amendments on the action plan nor develop suggestions for a more aggressive collection strategy. In short, it was going nowhere. Ultimately, I needed to change my collector. Now, I learned that secondary collectors charge a higher compensation rate, and that my case became less attractive to any collection agency as "old debt does not become better". All of this was very frustrating.

Fortunately, I found DLR. It was the only company that provided a clear, concise collection strategy. DLR was action oriented and got almost immediate traction in my case.

Updates by DLR were given promptly and regularly. Every time, I talked to my account manager, I felt positive traction and that progress was made. In sharp contrast to other agencies, there were never excuses and I felt increasingly confident that DLR could leverage my interest. In the end, they did. I was able to fully collect on the debt.

If I had chosen DLR earlier, I could have enjoyed a better rate, sooner collection and saved myself a lot of frustration. I can only recommend to anyone to retain DLR as their first choice of collector. I am very grateful for their expertise and the successful collection of debt that was over 2 years old!

Absolutely amazing service! I had a client refuse to pay me because they believed that "You're a 1099 contractor, under no legal jurisdiction am I obligated to pay you". Called them in the afternoon, and next morning I had full payment (And then some) in my bank account - thank you, Dynamic Legal Recovery!

Very Unprofessional. I spoke to two agents and neither was helpful in resolving my issue. After asking to speak with a supervisor or department lead, I was dismissed and told that I would be contacted by someone at a later date. My questions and concerns remain unanswered and I am actively looking for a way to place a formal complaint. For an agency that primarily deals with Army Service Members, I would expect much more professionalism and respect from all their employees. My experience with this agency thus far is terrible.

Dynamic Recovery is garbage Anthony Castro was great and tried to help. The next time I called to speak to him I spoke to someone new and he said Anthony was busy and he was going to help me. I recommend that no one do business with the people. This company got me to remove my first negative review because they offered to help and then did a 360 and screw me, but now I posting again because people need to know these company is garbage
