Davis Yu at DY Law has been amazing to work with over the last several years and have now become good friends. Although I'm in San Francisco, we've been able to work very well together remotely. He helped set up my company's operations agreement with my business partner. During the process he's been patient to explain things that we don't understand and ask us questions that we never thought about, so that we could better protect ourselves. Reached out to Davis at DY LAW for some guidance. He was able do a review and revise current documents and also drafted a few agreements that were needed.
