Charlie and Chris are great to work with. I've used them on two projects and have been more than satisfied on each. On the second job, they charged me significantly less than they quoted because they said it took them less time than they thought it would. Wow. No one more resourceful or knowledgeable than these guys when it comes to land in the Colchester/Hebron area.

Back in 1987 we were purchasing property pending a survey, noting acreage. We hired Dutch & Associates to do this survey. It said we had 14.2 acres, so we made the purchase. All was fine until back in around 2016 we were contacted by our neighbor to the left that we were using their property in the front. We got hold of a new survey by a different company of the neighbors land and in fact there was an error in the front and the back of our left boundary line. I contacted Dutch & Associate, and showed them our documentation. I asked if they could resurvey this, as we ended up with less land. And I'd like it documented with the town, as I've paying taxes on more land than I really own since 1987. I've called the current owner of Dutch & Associates, who is the son of the owner when this original survey took place, and myself and my husband have gone down there numerous times. I said I'd pay for your time, just correct this original error caused by your company. I've called about 7-8 times, and went there about 4-5 times. He finally told me to stop just showing up! (yeah, very professional!). So you guessed it, he just blew us off. Please we weary of this company. Not only not an accurate survey, but not willing to correct this, even with a promise to pay.

What good people to deal with. I was having my property surveyed by another individual but had a need for a map of an abutting property. Dutch had the only map mentioned in an old deed and the map was not on file down at the town hall.

I spoke with Charlie and he had his son email me a copy of the map. Other people I have dealt with in this business cannot be bothered to return a phone call. Charlie and his son free of charge helped me out in a big way.
