First time using Duran Tax service. From my initial phone call, speaking to Lisa( She was courteous,upbeat and friendly) to my meeting...with Mr Duran ( Professional, articulate and very personable) I couldnt be more pleased !
I wish i had come here years ago.

Mr. Duran Assisted me with my taxes and I was so happy when I did not have to pay for him doing my taxes though I did pay but not what I used to pay when my friend will do it for me and did not know a lot about Taxes until he address a couple of issues I was so surprised that the moneys in the past I should receive never got it was going directly to a third-party and also was going to someone else’s bank account and the remaining was mine I was so shocked when he showed me. For that reason do not go to people that are not qualified to do your taxes in the long run you will be short changed when you know the truth and little did I know that on the bottom of the page when you do your taxes with friends it says on the bottom that you did your taxes your self

I wanna give them 0 stars Don’t ever go here, dude with a stroke, messed up my taxes so now I don’t get them till November, unless u want your taxes to come in 5 months don’t ever go here

when I did my taxes with them at the time of the matter there was not enough information given to help me understand my legal right. I when he was done, nevertheless; he didn't ask if I wanted my taxes electronic or mail. He didn't ask do you want to pay for it now or taking it out of your return. He was not professional on his job. I will not ever do my taxes there.
