They will send from person to person if you don't put your foot down. Seems as though nobody is sure on who you need to talk concerning things. Money that was given to them was lost several times. Amanda the receptionist is disrespectful and unhelpful. Instead specifing things the first time she assumes and then informs you they dont have what you formally called and gave your personal information for and tells you what your looking for is not called that but refuses to inform you what the actual terminology for the paperwork is.
It's really disappointing they need better customer service skills and better knowledgeable organized office workers. It saddens me that they allow such people to work for our city and state.
