I have lived at Princeton Place/Dothan Farms Community since June 2012. I was impressed with the community as soon as I arrived. It had a very appealing home charm. You could tell it was very well taken care of, maintenance at its best. I liked that it was a gated community because safety and security are very important. Also it is a very pet friendly community, it lends a lot for exercising and walking a pet. What a great community for families, kids and pets.

My apartment faces the swimming pool. It is very well maintained. I enjoy the pool and all of its surroundings. The water falls are such a neat touch.

They've upgraded quite a lot. The buildings are all painted white. This gives the community a nice southern style charm. They've also upgraded the pool with new furniture, grills and paint.

I really appreciate Emily, Jason, Dewayne and Takara. They have served this community well. They have done a great job and are continuing to do so. Thank you for that!

I have lived here since February this year and every one has been so helpful and kind during the process of moving in or if we have any questions. Takara and Emily who work in the office are just the sweetest and we are very lucky to live here. Also shoutout to all the maintenance guys who are always attentive and have also helped me multiple times when I have locked myself out of my apartment lol 🙂 !!!

Before moving here to Dothan, from Florida I visited three different apartment complexes. The first one was old and decrepit, the second one was too busy and congested, however, the third one (Dothan Farms) was everything and then some! That old saying is true, “the universe saves the best for last.” The fact that the community is gated made me feel safe immediately, the esthetics of the complex is so eye pleasing and compelling, it gives a city feel with a Hollywood view. The apartment complex is right next to Flowers hospital which is only 4 minutes away if that. The neighbors are close knit yet not nosey nor invasive. Everyone respects each other’s privacy, yet still friendly at the same time. The apartment complex is never busy nor congested which is great for me because I work overnights and sleep during the day it’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop. The maintenance man Mr Jason is punctual and professional, very prompt at fixing any apartment issues. Emily is extremely helpful and kind, she’ll do anything she can to help make your life and stay at Dothan Farms as seamless as possible. My all time favorite hands down is Takara, when I departed from Florida I was so overwhelmed with moving I did not realize the main office would be closing prior to my arrival. Takara stayed late and gave me the warmest most sincere welcome of my entire life! She rode me around and showed me where everything was, gave me the lay of the land. Takara escorted me up to my apartment, gave me the codes to the amenities, a list of foods nearby, the number to her hair dresser (because I desperately needed one from moving) and her direct number to reach her should I need any assistance. I try not to be a bother to anyone, but there was a time I was in a pickle and locked myself out of my apartment rushing to go somewhere. I reached out to Takara at like six am one weekend morning all distraught, she came over and let me in within five minutes. You see, there is no place like home ?

I have had an amazing experience living here. Everything about this place blows my previous apartment out the water. The office has been extremely caring and supportive, and the apartment is always being maintained. I will be very sad the day I have to leave.

Dothan Farms is a smaller community of people living in the much bigger community of the growing City of Dothan. It might not be an actual farm, but it is community based. The people who live here are family. We help each other out when we can. We have each other over for dinner. We hang out by the pool, or go for long walks around the pond. The tranquility of just sitting and relaxing around the pond first thing in the morning, or after a long day takes away the rush and business of the day and lets you go seize the day, or brings you back to yourself so you can enjoy a restful night sleep. Located about five to ten minutes from local restaurants and convivences, such as Publix, Walmart, the Gym. Westgate Park, and the more important things like one of the local Hospitals. Oh, did I mention the staff? More like family. The amount of care that each of the staff puts into any concerns that you bring up to them is amazing. The Office Manager, Emily, always professional and truly cares about her tenants, needs and concerns. Takara always so polite and smiling handles the office duties efficiently. These two will dispatch the maintenance guys, Jason and Dewayne to handle any concerns or problems that you have. All four of these individuals are polite, curtesy, professional, and respectful of your concerns and your little piece of Dothan Farms. Just on the outskirts of the growing bustling city sits our quite piece of Dothan. Need I say more?

Excellent complex, beautiful grounds, beautifully modern units. The staff are always available and very quick to assist if needed. I would highly recommend Dothan Farms for your destination apartment in Dothan. As far as I’m concerned it’s the only place to be in apartment living!

Jason is awesome. I called Jason for a repair for my ceiling, there were brown spots from the rain and Jason did a professional job to fixing and covering up the spots. I give him 12/10

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There is mold in these apartments that they are not telling renters or people that are interested in renting. My children has been having health problems due to living in this apartment, and we all are still having issues with breathing & coughing Etc. Mind you we have never had health problems before besides seasonal allergies. My son has been to the hospital 3-4 times within a 12 months lease. Everyone denies the mold/ mildew issue it is very overlooked within this complex. Im just making this to protect and give a heads up to parents that are living here and ones who are looking to move here. I have also talked with an old resident that has lived here that work in another apartment complex in Dothan and she also implied there is a mold problem and that she did a mold kit as well with her husband and the mold kit came back positive. I will be showing proof below of the mold and proof of my sons hospital diagnosis !!!!!
( you had a quote on quote professional come out and he even took pictures and stated that it was that, it is most definitely probably causing my kids to be sick. he was going to go into the wall and see what’s the problem and I find it quite strange that the inspector did NOT do any work AFTER he said he was coming back the next day but the maintenance guy who is NOT a MOLD INSPECTOR came in the next day cut the small mold patch off the wall and scrapped it and then put that little piece right back and painted over it and then mold started growing right back!!! Proof/ documentation does NOT lie and hope you enjoy your life and a bunch of lawsuits. taking apart the whole window frame or wall lol the lies)
