I am so mad for 6 months I've been calling trying to get chain of custody forms because nobody in a 4-Hour radius of us will accept q passports they won't return my calls they won't return my emails nothing absolutely nothing but they keep charging me. Wish I could give -500,000 Stars

This company takes advantage of First time business owners sending mail out stating that your Operating Status is not authorized to simply make money out of people that don’t know any good about having their authority. This is quite frankly a slap in the face for taking peoples money whom don’t know much or are barely starting up in this industry. I have nothing good to say about this company and their filthy work ethics. Don’t use them for any needs. I’m sure they charge an arm and a leg here trying to scam people with their ridiculous adds.

One star is too much for this company - nothing but a TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT make the same mistake we did & hire this company. Although we were up to date on paying our invoice to them, they were not paying the medical providers conducting the employee testing. After multiple phone calls to DOT Compliance & nothing getting resolved, we cancelled their services in Aug. 2023. They still charged us in Nov. 2023 - after another call, we were told everything was cancelled. Here we are - June 2024 - almost an entire year after the original cancellation date - and they are STILL TRYING TO CHARGE US!!!! After yet another phone call, we were told by the rep that someone reactivated our account & went into the account information & changed the email address (to a non-existent one). SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience.
I was having problems with my DOT# being unactive for some reason and updates on mc150 and such.

I just needed some professional help I was losing money not being legal to run.
So I called them and Shelby answered and helped me the whole thru and made it such an easy process.

The paperwork side of trucking is the most challenging part and if you need any help with it DOT compliance Group is your one call does it all place. I Highly recommend them! Additionally, it was superfast had my DOT back in good standing within a few days.
