Sandy was very helpful and communicative during the time leading up to and during our appointment, and arrived promptly at our scheduled time. My girlfriend and I were closing on a home and she brought all the necessary documentation and equipment to our current residence for our convenience (plus backup documents as I managed to screw up a signature at one point).
