Fortunate, appreciative, and most respectful of Attorney Paul Morello for his enduring attention and subsequent, successful outcome in my case. I originally contacted Attorney Morello through a friends referral along with my own diligence in securing a professional that met my standards for representation in a personal injury case. Had Donovan & Morello for a personal injury case, Paul Morello was beyond unprofessional, after admitting to getting an offer that he withheld from me, he also admitted to negotiating without my knowledge. After telling me this, my response was "Its like you don't even care about my case Paul" He simply responded "I retire soon, I really don't." Four years I wasted with this guy. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go somewhere else. After being told my case was not "worth" that much, I ended up with 50,000 more than "what it was not worth"

I have twice had the necessity of using Paul Morello
This last time was in the middle of COVID lock down.
It involved remote hearings and delays, none of which were caused by Paul or his office
Paul was very thorough, in getting all the details and handled everything himself
Throughout this trying time in which I was severely injured by being run over by a car while Bicycling, I knew Paul was always there for me
At no time were any promises made for a quick settlement, or an exaggerated dollar amount
Paul and he whole staff were always professional and friendly
I always found them to be completely honest in all matters

There’s not a word to describe how incompetent Donovan is. Gave me wrong information concerning my settlement. Called multiple times and couldn’t get Donovan to return my calls. And I can’t wait until Monday because I will be going to the court and complaining that attorney Donovan Is Representing my ex who attacked me even though their office is representing both of us car accident case I thought that was conflict of interest but I don’t think these guys have any morals. All I could say is I hope and pray That Donovan gets the karma He is due. And if it all possible I will be holding this law office accountable for conflict of interest. Can’t say you weren’t warned
