I don't usually provide reviews but those people that might need legal help may come across this review. I have not needed an attorney in the past but when my situation came up, I found myself over my head. My Lambert was referred to me so I sat down with him and after talking, he agreed to represent me. As the case progressed, he was clear on what I needed to provide as evidence and kept me posted on what was taking place. The case was finally dropped before going before a judge but I at least had the confidence of knowing that my attorney had my interests foremost. I can't compare and say he is better than other attorneys because he was my first but I am confident that he did a superb job representing me. I'm sure every case is different but I would recommend meeting with him if you come into a legal situation to find out if he can help you.

Well I think Mr. Lambert should go back to school and learn a little more. I really don't have anything good to say about him. I gave him a shot to represent me due to the fact that my original attorney was unable to represent me because he was called on by the opposing attorney to testify in the case. My original lawyer said that Mr. Lambert was a good attorney. So I hire him and let him represent me. He represents me in a dispute of a WILL that had been going on for sometime. So we go to court and this man let someone else represent me in the case. He never tried to defend me his client in anyway when the other attorney was belittling me accusing me of everything in the book he just set there never once did he try to say anything.The only thing that he done was every time I went in to his office to discuss my case was hit me up for more money. This attorney does not even have a proper receipt book. He was in such a hurry to get that money in his pocket that he scribble a receipt out on anything that was laying on his desk.This was a WILL my parents left me my name was the only name mention in this (WILL) my siblings were left out of the WILL due to the fact my parents didn't think they really needed or deserve anything because they had already gotten enough from them and that they haven't been around in many years Mr. Lambert was more worried about collecting his money than to represent his client. He didn't even let the witness that I paid to have subpoenaed get on the stand to help me he said that we had the case in the bag we didn't need them to speak on my behalf. Well Mr. Lambert you should have let them do what they came there to do. Because you sir lost this case. So I called his office to see if we could appeal this case and all I got on the phone from the lady was that he would call me back. He never returned not one phone call. All I got was a text message from the lady he got to represent me that Mr. Lambert needed $5,000.00 to Carry on. This man doesn't worry about his clients doesn't care that his clients get raked thru the mud he worries more about a dollar he just simply does not care. I guess if you had a really simple case then he might I said might help a little bit but if you truly need a attorney go elsewhere. I think any attorney fresh out of school and that has no experience and has never been in a court room would help you more. At least I think that attorney would at least return your calls. I can't stress this enough please if you need a attorney to represent you my advice to you is for you to go elsewhere. To me he simply not qualified to represent anyone. Sad but true that is my thoughts on this attorney. Clients BEWARE !!!

Don Lambert is very experienced lawyer that has always won in the courtroom for me. As a former judge, he has a keen awareness of the right questions to ask and actions to take. He listens and works with his client. His work is results driven and he's affordable. His temperament in the courtroom is professional (even keel but firm), never allowing emotions to cloud his judgement on the questions to ask and strategy to take. Don was recommended to me by my sister who's a lawyer in a different state for the fact of past experience as a judge and for his years of experience as a lawyer. Don is a lawyer's lawyer.
