Accounting, my own personal experience, the DA’s office serves to separate the members of the community. I have found that his treatment and prosecution of a young African-American male who was 18 at the time of his arrest and still in high school was allegedly emotionally driven. They punished him harsher than many other established criminals in court cases we witnessed in the Elmore County court system. We witnessed cases on the days we were present. *UPDATE* The 18 year old is still catatonic = he is not speaking and has not spoken to us since June 3, 2024! If you are OK with a high schooler who was depressed and already unstable who made an obvious mistake being sentenced as if he were a career criminal then I guess this DA is the perfect person for this county‼️ Elmore County DA & judges sent him to PRISON on his FIRST offense #NotMyNephew. My nephew was slapped, beaten, and called gay at Kilby. Judge Joy Booth sent him to prison, and the DA insisted a teenager needed to do the time. The DA offered NO PROBATION ! My nephew was given a cigarette that exposed him to a substance in prison that has left him unable to SPEAK! So I’m advocating for him. SAY HIS NAME —- CAMERON, come back to us!! If you are uneasy with the horrendous treatment of this teenager, VOTE for a NEW DA and change the way this office handles OUR community! #NeverFearSpeakingTheTruth #CJHasGotToGo

Disgusting group of backwards people running the DA's office. The City should be ashamed prosecuting 2 old ladies for feeding, trapping and neutering feral cats. You are some sick people if you place such a high priority on prosecuting people doing the right thing. How about NOT WASTING the tax payers money ganging up on old people. I'm disgusted.

The Elmore county courthouse indicted me for the very crime that I was a victim of. Nothing like losing $20,000+ and being threatened with a 7 year prison sentence off of nothing but negligence from your own office. I have uncovered everything necessary to pursue the actual criminal, and the victims get zero justice and I can only assume that is due to a complete lack of integrity. My favorite part though, it appears that as a result of all of this negligence, there is a possibility that the courthouse mailed my ssn, driver’s license number, and date of birth to the person that committed the crime. I would argue too, that you would have had no chance to indict me if your investigator would have explained to the jury that I called law enforcement reporting some strange things that had been happening, like a missing debit card that was stolen. Nothing like contacting law enforcement to report a crime and getting indicted for the very crime you called to report. The DA’s office had everything in front of them to find the actual criminal, but they lacked attention to detail. I can’t blame them entirely though, this crime is very new compared to other crimes. A big thanks to Henderson Spruce, who unintentionally helped me find the roots of this crime and how it was committed. Of course, I can only make assumptions as to why nothing has been done. I question if you guys told the other victim the truth.

Tyrannical government in control don't you dare try to peacefully help a Ferrell cat problem without giving them($)kick backs. The police and prosecutor are both disgraceful and are out to serve themselves and not the community.
