Got a terrible deal in my case, was sent away to prison for over a year, completely ruined my life and credit score. Completed residential drug treatment to use as a mitigator in my case- the DA didn't care that I had learned my lesson and had made an attempt at bettering my life. Later became homeless, jobless, on food stamps, & put on the worthless, overburdened PACE Program (a very annoying, invasive drug testing program). Kept getting threats that I would go back to jail and have to do even more time. They stole 2 cell phones from me and refuse to give them back after the cops seized them as "evidence".. evidence or not those are my property and what they did by keeping them is a criminal act. Very good at manipulation of judges, lying, coercion, etc. I do not recommend the Kenai District Attorneys Office AT ALL. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
