This was an absolute waste of time. The staff was not very helpful with keeping us on track or identifying any communication issues we had during mediation. My best advice is to save the $200 and have a conversation yourself at home. They will continually try to move past and points you want to continue talking about and then do not give adequate time to try to come up with any solutions. Complete waste of time, wish I never would've used this service.

Edit- took them over a month to respond to this review. Huge red flag. Also they talk about how they used the written reviews, whenever we went in for our mediation they literally still had notes and review papers from the last couple who had been in that immediately went into the garbage. Please do not waste your time here.

I have taken two trainings at the Dispute Resolution Center. The instructors were professional, thorough and prepared. The material covered ethics, handling difficult situations, listening to people, open-ended questions, discovering interestes--everything I wanted to learn. The role-playing was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this organization.
