Glenn Beck was recommended to me by a dear friend, and I appreciate that every year at tax time for about ten years now. I had previously done my taxes online with the help of a program, but then, with the added complexities of rental properties, and backdoor Roth IRAʻs, and Gift-Giving, I needed professional help. Glenn is amazing and has a solid understanding of the proper ways to report taxes, even the more complex situations. Although I have moved away from CT, I continue to use Glenn for my taxes; everything is easily handled by mail and computer. Everyone at the business, including the very nice and competent front desk staff, has always been friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. And, the price is quite reasonable for the level of service provided. Highly recommended.

Be aware, worst customer service, they always busy and not answering when you call. They make mistakes on my taxes, almost lost a house that I was in the process of buying and they charge me twice for the same service because they knew I had no choice but to pay them because I needed the tax return for my lender.
Very unprofessional they took advantage of us, I will never used them again. The lady that answers the phone seems nice on the phone but when you deal with her in person she becomes rude and careless.
They know they did wrong but they won’t care, that’s why I’m telling my story so it doesn’t happen to you.
