DPS has been helping us with our IT needs since 2012 - providing design and installation when we renovated our space and continuing on with maintenance and support. Armin attends to every detail and we have always been very pleased with the timely and friendly service of techs Rossi and Emmanuel. When a computer problem does arise, we truly feel they are a part of our team and only a phone call away. Almost 12 years ago, I started my own dental practice in Bethesda and I was introduced to Armin R. / DPS for all my digital needs. I stayed with them all these years later, because they are truly knowledgeable about the IT needs of a dental practice and they are all very professional and reliable. I knew I could always call them with any issues and it would be resolved quickly and efficiently. We did have a problem with an employee opening an infected document once and DPS became aware of it even before I did and attended to the problem and resolved the issue right away. Their back up and monitoring systems made me feel comfortable that my practice and all its valuable data were always protected. It says a lot about a business when employees have been there for many years. I personally worked with techs: Rossi and Emmanuel for many years and felt like they really had my best interest in mind and genuinely cared about answering my questions or helping me resolve my tech issues. They were always ready to login remotely and help out or schedule a visit to the office. Honestly, I had very little issues and that is the best sign of a great IT company and why they are worth the money. Armin was also very understanding and supportive when I was selling my practice and helpful in the transition to the new owner. If I were setting up another dental practice, I would not hesitate to hire DPS for all my IT needs.

I have been a customer of Digital Practice Solutions for 8 years now, I have watched their company grow into who they are today and I'm always amazed by how innovative and informative they are about dental technology, backups and HIPAA. Armin treats every client like they are family, I know if we have a major or a minor issue, they are on top of it. I had a server go down one time and they had a tech at my office within an hour and we were up with a spare server within a few hours! We were absolutely blown away by their responsiveness and their skills to get us up and running again. Dental Practice Solutions (DPS) in a perfect 10 for startup and dental office IT support!.
I started my office with DPS about 10 years ago and I have gone through many years of continued and dedicated service with this company. The founder, Armin Raoufinia, is well educated professional in IT with solid background and training in the field that makes this company different from others. He has made a custom IT solution for my office and data backup and recovery that has saved my data through many years. I have had few hardware issues and a server crash through the last few years that all have been resolved quickly with computer swaps and remote backup and recovery. He recently has implemented a very impressive data backup and recovery system that we just received as a part of our maintenance plan that puts me even more at peace. As DPS only focuses on dental offices, the setup and maintenance is always a custom dental office based solution. For the last 10 years we never had an IT issue that was not resolved in matter of hours. We jsut had to switch our phone company and we called him to help out and his staff was quickly on the issue and resolved our problem with is a few minutes and saved us a call to the phone company. Armin and DPS staff go above and beyond to make their clients happy and operational. As I said a perfect 10 and a full turn-key operation.
