I’ve gone here several times over the years because I have terrible luck with breaking phones. Would recommend this place to anyone. Have never had any problems with my phones after being fixed here, unless it’s by my own doing lol. Always quickly done. Does a great job and nice people.

My Gaming laptop was brought in to be looked at for performance issues which was told by the PC manufacturer that the gaming laptop was more than capable of playing this game at mid grade graphics. I have another laptop that has lower end performance than the gaming laptop plays on low settings with no issues which the gaming laptop would not.

After receiving the computer back I was told that nothing was wrong the computer and that if I wanted to play my game I needed to play on a desktop computer. This is complete bull the gaming laptop and game are compatible together by game specs and computer manufacturer but I need to play on a desktop? Makes no sense so I don’t know if laziness or lack of computer skills is evolved in this situation but something is wrong with the gaming laptop and it was never resolved.

This was a rented out gaming laptop by another company by the way and I was insured by dial one I would be updated and let known what was wrong… no communication after I was told I would be let known I had to call the rental company to find out the issue. The rental company also has been notified for the computer to be taken somewhere else to be re diagnosed. I’m sure he will be on here trying to defend himself but not much to defend here but I’m sure an excuse will pop up.

Very great guy! Rick has great prices and knows a lot. I had a excellent experience and highly recommended him. I had a pixel 5A that the mother board was fried and he had a like new iPhone 13 there in 48 hours at an excellent price and I can definitely tell he loves what he does it was the best tech experience I’ve ever had will be using this business in the future!

Rick was extremely nice and informative. Took my laptop in because one of my hinges broke. He was extremely understanding and accommodating when I explained my laptop is how I solely work. As my laptop still was mostly functioning, he got the information off it and ordered my part. I took my laptop home to still be able to work. He called me as soon as my part arrived and had my laptop fully repaired in one day. I've had in back in my possession for a couple days now and haven't had any problems. I felt the price was fair for my issue as well.

So it was a freak accident yesterday my pool went into the pool and this morning I got up I decided to get my phone look at I take it to Dlal one and explain what happened he said he can fix it and about 4:00 my son called me told me Rick called and told him my iPhone was ready thank you so much for fixing my phone and get it back to me today your the best so if you all need phones work on he be your guy thanks again Rick
