Katelyn did a lot of extra work she shouldn't have had to do with a more "with it" client, I would say. But she was so organized. When I couldn't remember back to answer Tim's questions, he would go ask Katelyn, and he'd come back with printed emails I had sent Katelyn months earlier with those answers, but which I had meanwhile forgotten.

Tim welcomed my older brother to attend meetings with me. That was great. I could tell at many junctures how good Tim was at his work. I was so relieved every time he explained something to me that he would handle and that I would not need to be chasing down (like medical records).

Tim conducted the settlement process expertly, consulting with me at appropriate points.
